Donavon McGuire

Donavon McGuire is an associate attorney with Webb McNeill Frawley PC.  His practice focuses on § 1983 civil rights litigation. He represents Alabama counties, sheriffs, deputies, and correction officers concerning the use of force, conditions of confinement, deliberate indifference, and other constitutional issues involving law enforcement. Donavon obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Auburn University at Montgomery and his Juris Doctor from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University.

Before joining Webb McNeill Frawley PC, he served as an Assistant District Attorney with the 4th Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office. He also served as the Rural Economic Improvement Program Staff Attorney with Legal Services Alabama. Presently, Donavon serves as a Municipal Judge for the City of Selma, Alabama.

In addition to practicing law, Donavon enjoys spending time with family and serving his community.
