Haley E. Lyckman

Haley Lyckman is a staff attorney with Webb McNeill Walker PC. The bulk of her practice involves representing Alabama counties in matters of public roadway liability, premises liability, county employee liability, and the creation and vacation of public roads. Haley regularly assists with matters involving the Open Records Act and Preservation of Evidence.

Additionally, Haley’s practice focuses on § 1983 civil rights litigation. She represents Alabama counties, sheriffs, deputies, and corrections officers in matters concerning the use of force, conditions of confinement, deliberate indifference, and other constitutional issues involving law enforcement. Haley has successfully defended Alabama sheriffs and their employees at both the federal and state level.

In addition to practicing law, Haley enjoys participating in co-ed sports leagues, watching the Dallas Cowboys, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
