Craig S. Dillard
Craig Dillard is a founding member of Webb McNeill Frawley PC. Craig graduated from the University of Alabama in 1979 and obtained his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1984. Craig has been practicing law in Alabama for over 36 years and is devoted entirely to civil litigation. The bulk of his practice involves representing Alabama counties in matters of public roadway liability, county employee liability in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and issues relating to competitive bid law, the creation of public roads, and the vacation of public roads. Craig also handles many automobile liability cases for the Firm, including trucking accident defense and uninsured or underinsured motorist claims. Craig has also defended non-governmental roadway contractors in defective design, construction, and maintenance claims and has provided general insurance defense for various clients.
In addition to his courtroom duties, Craig is a sought-after speaker for several state associations, including Auburn University for the Alabama Local Government Training Institute, the Association of County Engineers, the Alabama Road Supervisors Association, and the University of Alabama School of Law Continuing Legal Education Programs.
Craig is married and has two children. He attends Grace Pointe Church of Christ in Montgomery.
