Fred L. Clements, Jr.

Fred Clements has a broad civil defense practice with a focus on governmental regulation and litigation, law enforcement, and appeals. He appears regularly in federal court working on § 1983 cases involving First, Fourth, and Fourteenth Amendments. He also handles litigation involving land use, signage, and access to public records.  Fred was ten years into a career in information technology, where he worked as a programmer, database administrator and data warehouse developer, when he decided to pursue a law degree to further his career options. While doing so, he discovered an interest in litigation that led him to make a permanent change in his career path. Fred joined the Firm in 2008 during which time he has focused on civil litigation.
