Keith Maddox

Keith Maddox spent over 25 years in the Alabama Attorney General’s Office representing the Department of Revenue in various tax litigation specializing in ad valorem taxation as well as motor vehicle issues.  He has represented the State of Alabama in all state and federal courts up to and including the Supreme Court of the United States.  Keith has extensive experience in all aspects of state and local taxation.  He has authored numerous Attorney General Opinions discussing various issues affecting Alabama taxpayers.

Keith is married to Janet Maddox and they have one son and a daughter-in-law.  They are members of Frazer Church in Montgomery, Alabama.
