Amara Rivera

Amara Rivera is a San Diego, California native and a graduate of The University of Alabama and The University of Alabama School of Law. She graduated summa cum laude from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and minors in Italian and Global and Cultural Perspectives before earning her Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, Amara gained valuable experience across a broad range of legal settings, including a civil defense firm, a regional civil plaintiffs’ firm, the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office, and a national title insurance company. These experiences provided her with exposure to both litigation and transactional matters and strengthened her legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Outside of her legal practice, Amara enjoys reading, cooking, and playing volleyball.
